Keeping a soft-serve machine order under control before shipment.
For three soft-serve machine models, OneSC followed actual factory execution from order progress to loading, controlling component consistency, assembly standards, cooling checks and packaging protection.
For equipment orders, "finished" does not mean "controlled".
The buyer had already seen avoidable issues in previous orders. The risk was not only whether the machines could be shipped, but whether the order was built consistently enough to reduce after-sales and transport problems later.
Check a few finished machines
- Confirms visible product condition
- May miss mixed key components
- May not standardize worker execution
- May not catch packaging weakness before transport
Control the order before release
- Visit the factory during actual execution
- Check critical component consistency
- Standardize assembly methods on site
- Verify cooling function and shipment protection
The work happened across production, testing, packaging and loading readiness.
Checked compressor consistency
OneSC checked whether the key compressor configuration was consistent across the order, avoiding mixed brands or models that could create service and maintenance problems.
Unified wiring-harness bundling
Multiple workers were assembling machines at the same time. OneSC aligned the factory team on one wiring-harness bundling method to reduce variation.
Sampled cooling performance
OneSC powered on about 8% of the products to check cooling condition, including one machine run to verify actual operating performance.
Verified packaging on site
OneSC checked packaging according to the required protection method so each machine would be better protected against knocks during transportation.
The control points were practical, visible and tied to real buyer risk.
Supplier management is not just asking whether the product is finished.
The better question is whether the order was built consistently, tested properly, packed correctly and ready to survive shipment. That requires factory-side execution control before the goods leave China.
For equipment orders, quality control is the control of components, workers, tests, packaging and release.
OneSC manages China suppliers from the buyer's side.Do you need better control before equipment leaves the factory?
Start with one active order. OneSC can verify real execution, supplier consistency, testing status and shipment readiness on the ground in China.
